比利牌易樸士水質(zhì)AB混合膠

  意大利比利公司經(jīng)歷了將近一個世紀(jì)的化工技術(shù)改良，今日在比利公司第三代研制中的新產(chǎn)品已成功問世：易樸士AB水質(zhì)混合膠。本品為二件裝（A+B），水質(zhì)透明狀，它適用于云石、花崗石、水泥等，可用水稀釋，有良好的加固和浸透力，對縫合細(xì)縫、小孔、裂痕效果尤佳。它能加強石質(zhì)堅硬性，還有防水功能，而且不受溫差影響，可用于低溫環(huán)境。拋光后其粘合力及光亮度更佳。本品為全透明，是填充及縫合干凈云石、花崗石的*佳產(chǎn)品。

  使用方法：必須清除石材表面污漬、硬痂、霉點等，使表面清潔、干燥。將等量的A和B倒入干凈的罐中混合，然后涂在待處理的石材表面。如需要，可用抹刀或油掃均勻抹在整塊石面上以填充細(xì)縫小孔和裂口。如果需處理部分石材，也可只涂抹在裂縫處。為防止反應(yīng)過快，只需混合少量A和B。約190/250g（5/90z）夠一次使用。混合后的液體在20C（68F）下有效時間為30-50分鐘室溫較低，有效時間增長；室溫較高則有效時間減短。使用后7-10小時要開始打磨。本品3-5天后完全聚合，此時可用常規(guī)的研磨石料或鉆頭工具進行打磨、拋光。

實驗指南：此產(chǎn)品可以加水50%-150%混合。噴或涂在朦面約30-60光的石面，它將慢慢地浸透入石材里面。數(shù)小時干后石面將起一種亮麗的效果。尤其是中東米黃、沙石類起光特別困難，此產(chǎn)品使用后，將會令你覺得意想不到的效果。火燒面涂上且又能起到亮麗的效果，同時又能防污防水功能。酒店大堂翻新使用本品尤佳。它能解決你的工程困難。如石質(zhì)松花、小裂紋、小孔、光亮、防污、防水等問題。使用前建議小樣試驗石質(zhì)效果。不用重新打磨，光度可達(dá)80%以上。

  AQUAPOX

  AQUAPOX is the best water based product to fill and seal imperfections on clear marbles and granites.

Application for Use: Marble, granite, terrazzo, engineered stones, sandstone, limestone, concrete floors and wall.

  Instruction for Use: Surface to be treated must be clean and dry; stains, mildew, crusting must be scraped off. Mix one part of “A” and one part of “B”. Mix two component into a clean tin, wait 2-4 minutes before the application in order to homogenize the mix, pour the content on the cracks. Apply only on the crack with a spatula on the entire slab if necessary to fill capillaries and cracks. Apply only on the crack if is necessary to fill only small quantities of product to avoid a very fast reaction. To make a good job is necessary approx 150/250gr(5/9oz.)for single mixing. The mix has a workable time of 30/35 minutes at 20’,the time will be longer at lower room temperature and shorter at higher room temperature. Grinding can be done after 7-10hours. Complete polymerization of the product will be after 3-5 days from application. Grinding and polishing can regular abrasive stones or diamond tools. Product is ready for use but can be diluted be done using up to 10% with pure water to fill low absorbent materials, when temperature are more then 30’or when used by spray gun.

Coverage: For treatment of marble and granite with airline cracks or micro crack sit is possible to treat approximately 50-60sq. ft. (5200-600sq.ft.) with 2 kg of product (mix). Coverage in dependence of the materials absorption.
